Nestled in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, surrounded by woodland, lavender fields, and poppies, this magnificent 140 m² property is waiting to be discovered. Available for a maximum of 6 guests, with a minimum one-week stay in high season. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room, a comfortable living room, and a functional dining area. A large covered veranda for outdoor dining, an upstairs terrace to admire the most beautiful sunsets, and a small private terrace with a garden area accessible from the ground-floor bedroom. Several parking spaces are available within the courtyard. A landscaped garden maintained with fruit trees and aromatic herbs. A beautiful swimming pool (3.5m x 7.5m – 1.30m deep) with a view of Mont Ventoux. WiFi, household linen, barbecue, and plancha are included.
