Booking conditions
- Maximum capacity: 6 people (adults and/or children over 6 years old)
- Minimum age of main renter: 18 years old
- Minimum stay: 7 nights from June 27 to September 26, 2026, 4 nights the rest of the year
- Security deposit: 500 € by bank transfer or cheque upon arrival
- Pets: not allowed
- Non-smoking house
- Check-in: between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm
- Check-out: before 11:00 am
Payment conditions
- 50% of the total stay due at booking
- Balance and security deposit to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund
- The security deposit is refunded in all cases
Long-term rental
Rental possible for up to one month. Conditions and rates upon request.
Liability
From the moment of arrival on the property, the tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any of their guests throughout the duration of the stay.
